Margaret Taylor discovered Ayurveda and Pranayama in 2012 at the midpoint of her life. When her husband received a cancer diagnosis, she turned to Ayurveda to achieve a balance in her life and gained spiritual peace and balance. With the hectic nature of caring for her husband and her two children, while working a full time job, she used the breathing exercises of Pranayama to create a calm throughout her soul and life that she could transfer out into the world around her. From her perspective of somebody that was herself new to the whole experience of Eastern philosophy and living, she has learned how to share her learnings with those wholly unfamiliar with such teachings. She has never felt so free, fit, and connected to the world around her, and hopes to share her wisdom with her community.
