Syllabus:
* Stability in Standing poses Friday evening, focusing on the balancing poses
*Stability in Back bends on Saturday afternoon, focusing on using props to stay longer
*Stability in the Inversions on Saturday afternoon, focusing on developing canny ways to prepare the arms and shoulders for maximum stability and alignment.
This way, we can eventually develop a practice of variations in inversions
