Experience the art of self care as we roll through 3 weeks of fun and learning using the Yamuna®Method. Yamuna® Body Rolling uses balls that are soft and feel great to unwind fascial restrictions and restore range of motion. The balls become like a practitioner’s hands, as they use traction to release chronic tension, get into hidden spaces and re-establish length and space in the muscles and joints. You leave standing taller and moving with greater ease.

This work is great for men, women, athletes, advanced and beginners, and is a great compliment to your current yoga practice. Join us to learn how to use this powerful technique to problem-solve for your own body so you can feel better at every age.

The psoas muscle is a powerful hip flexor that connects your torso to your legs. Chronic tension here can lead to pain in the back and hips. Join us as we roll through an exploration of the pelvis and legs to increase awareness of these muscles and leave you moving with ease.

No More Crunches – Creating A Long, Strong Spine

We’ll bust through the myths of how to create a strong core as we roll through each side of the spine to regain length and space in the abdomen. We will address issues such as back pain, digestion, scar tissue, scoliosis and more.

Unwind Your Neck & Shoulders

Are rounded shoulders part of your daily life? This class will focus on lifting and freeing all the muscles of the rib cage,upper back and neck to improve posture and increase range of motion in neck and shoulders.

Investment: $45 each/$120 for all 3 workshops (pre-registration required).

Balls provided for use during workshop and can be purchased afterward.
