Every culture recognizes the bioenergy within living matter. The Chinese call it Qi. The Japanese call it Ki. The Indians call it Prana. Other ancient cultures call it Mana.
Understanding Qi or Prana is important in Yoga to stay healthy. Abdominal Breathing is the core to Qi Gong and Yoga. Proper Abdominal Breathing was a guarded secret among Yogis and Qi Gong masters.
This event will teach you how to properly breathe to create Qi or Prana. Then learn to use this
Qi to energize and heal yourself. Learn to speed up your metabolism with this breathing
technique. Learn to harness Qi to move along acupuncture meridians to preserve your health.
