Friday Fun: Get Loose & Move with Yoga Flow
Starts Friday June 12th 6-7:15pm with Sabra Yarbrough
Learn short sequences of flowing movement inspired
by yoga postures and alignment
Music is carefully selected with the intention of inducing both “super relaxation” and increased energy for less daily stress
Develop coordination, balance, personal confidence and lightness in each position and learn how to keep the body supple in every action
Different from a typical flow or vinyasa yoga class, this class will focus much more on the ways to move than on the
individual connecting movements
Liberate yourself in the light and support of friendly faces, and experience the wave that your body can truly be!
